Site Visit & Planning
Developing your unique design
If you already own your property or are in the process of finding that perfect spot, we will meet with you onsite to discuss the design needs that may be required by your specific site. Site specific needs will be incorportated in the final design and financial plan for your project.

New Home Walk Thru
Getting to know your new home
Once your new home is completed, we will schedule a walk through to help you become familar with each component of your home allowing you to feel confident as you make plans for the big move! During this walkthrough we will discuss important maintenance schedules that may be required as well as warrenty details and any followup visits that may be needed.
